About Us

Eclipse Body Management is a personal training company with a difference.
Started by former Aberdeen and Republic of Ireland defender Richie Byrne, our objectives are to achieve greater fitness and health for all our clients.

Richie has achieved excellent fat loss, body composition and muscle building with a number of clients.

As Richie was a professional footballer, he is currently undertaking his FA coaching badges and will be expanding into football coaching.

So using his wealth of knowledge fitness and in soccer, he is combining the two to make players stronger, faster, kick the ball harder and less likely to get injured, while also tending to the public's needs for general fat loss and toning.

Location

Our gym workouts are done in the exclusive Gymbox in Holborn, Bank, Westfield, Covent Garden and Farringdon.
The gyms have a wide array of Hammer Strength and Eleiko gym equipment which are top of the range calibrated weights.

There are cardio machines, a boxing ring, TRX suspension bands, and plenty of other useful training tools to always keep the training sessions fun and progressive.

Football Coaching

Football has been and still is a major part in Richie's life.
Without football, Richie would not be where he is today and he feels he owes all of that to the coaches he had when he was younger.
This is where Richie feels massive strides can be made in developing youngsters technically, physically, mentally and socially.
Football is an excellent avenue to help young people learn how to live life correctly, and also can be very rewarding should you make it to the top.
It is our vision to help young athletes reach their maximum potential through correct and effective diet, supplementation, stretching, exercise and rest.
All of these go hand in hand to make us all better players.
